Ok,
playing with the new codex and wanting to try as much as possible. I'm having a 1250 game next sunday, but after browsing the codex I had an idea what kinda list would give most synergy with the new codex to get much as possible feedback from it.

Here's the list 2k for competitive mono-BA list which tries to benefit mostly from the the new Codex with the minis I have. Maybe I'll test play against myself, hmm.

I wanted a SR to move the DC dread with the new talons in action, but in this list it's more of a distraction carnifex. "Expensive" upgrades on the scouts are there for target saturation and possible threat. Missiles for flakk missile stratagem, heavy bolter can pull out the D3 mortal wound stratagem. Razor for distraction.. Stratgey is to try get heat on the enemy on T1 and even I could boost any of the psykers or units, so I'll let the enemy decide for me, I'll take the one he didn't try to counter. Probably it's a bad idea to try all the shenanigans available for you, but it also makes your opponent more hard to choose what to encounter. So what do you guys think, enough competitive for your friendly games or in some LGS smash outs?

Like I say above, it's role is more of a distraction carnifex. I'll deploy it so that I can choose T1-2 whether it'll stay backfield, engage deep strikers or move 8" and advance to puff smoke. There should be enough other priority targets that it then has a chance to sustain the 1st round. If not, my other units have a better chance to survive.

Any overall thoughts on the list?
