I'm a huge necromunda fan since 1995. I'm planning on buying in. Now I have never played the board game style yet. So for anyone who has played it. Is there any reason to have say two copies of the game. I have always liked playing random games on a larger scale. Wasn't sure if the rules would grant favor to this. Any thoughts would be great. I gues I'm envisioning a table coverd with alsorts of hall ways, rooms and doors.

Short answer - no. There's 3D terrain rules in Gang War 1 and different tiles coming out with Gang War 2. If you're happy playing on tiles wait for GW2, if not buy Sector Mechanicus or 3rd party terrain.

I bought two so I can have a 4x4 tunnel board. Of course, that was before the expansion tile set was announced.

I now have three sets of Newcromunda tiles. I'm planning on replacing the carpet in my apartment.

I got two Necromunda boxes, kept everything from the first box as well as the models, terrain, and tiles from the second. I am selling everything else from the second box to recoup a little bit of money. Pretty much the cheapest way to do it.

Bought two sets myself. Tiles and terrain, dice and one book are staying. I play Cawdor so the Goliaths and 1/2 the Escher are being gifted to family (son, nephews) who weren't around for the first go at Necromunda. Takes care of the nephews christmas and serves up some new opponents. Both sets of terrain are now painted, and I'm pulling my Cawdor out of the stripping pot today to get working on their rebirth for the new edition.

A ton of armies and a terrain habit...
