It's essentially a case if which design do you prefer? Both have the same production material option and Shapeways print it centrally rather than leaving it to the designer (iirc); so quality differences will be basically non-existent.

I'd go for PGTM in this case as the circle behind the dragon head isn't grabbing me.

I've got these Ultramarine ones plus a few sets of the Deathwatch mixed full shoulder pads, and I've been very happy with all of them.

I'd suggest getting the stand-alone dragon, as it'll be more forgiving of shoulder pad geometries (the Terminator, Primaris and Gravis armours have different curvatures than the standard Marine pad).
