sitting here trying to think of an idea for modeling the maw claws.... in the fluff it says they are teeth lined pincers... im just at a loss for what i could model these as

I'd start with 2 pairs of scything talons, flipped and secured so that they look like thin crushing claws, then add small spikes to it similar to the lictor's claws.
You don't need to run faster than the monsters, only faster than your friends...
I would just take some crushing claws (maybe they haursepex ones since they are really big, and use greenstuff to make more little teeth. Put them on the outside as well.

To me they sound more like the Lictor pincers. I would start with fleshborer hives, trim them way down to be much thinner and build them back up with greenstuff and such. Fill the inside with teeth.
