In the absence of an airbrush I'm looking for suggestions for a spray paint to match GWs Lothern Blue or maybe Temple Guard Blue.

Don't mind the brand, as long as it will work on resin and not apply horrifically thick.

Let me know if you have any suggestions?

I suggest getting and learning how to use an airbrush. It's really not that hard to use. Especially for base coats.

Have you tried Halfords? They have a wide range of colours as they match car colours.
