So Im going to start yet another army after I saw these figures:

At first, I wanted to do the obvious, a Sisters of Battle or Sisters of Silence. But I got to thinking that I really did not want to do another imperial army as I think they are boring and I'd get bored with the project pretty fast. All imperial armies seem to be a couple shooty units and some melee and that's really about it, and that's just.....boring. I wanted an army I can expand over time. But yet I wanted to use these models. Someone suggested I build a Grey Knights army out of them, and that seemed cool as well, but I ended up with the same issues I was having before. I got to thinking about the rumors that Fulgrim's Primarch model might be released in the near future and this kinda sparked an idea. What if I were to make this a traitor SoB army that fell to Slaanesh and became an off-shoot of Fulgrim's Emperor's Children? All female makes it easy for Slaanesh to fit right in, these models would look amazing in purple, and of course, maybe they are a harem for the Primarch himself, or maybe his executioners.

So I got to looking around, I know the first thing I wanted was a leader and I think I've settled on this as a Daemon Prince: https://www.creaturecaster.com/collections/full-collection/products/lady-of-depravity

I wanted something that would tie together with Fulgrim if he should ever actually get a model, and it's female to boot! So this made me think, what about Daemons? Well, I can buy Raging Heroes Mantis Warriors as Daemonettes for now: https://www.ragingheroes.com/search?type=product&q=mantis , which even comes with a command squad. And I really got a tickle out of this, a keeper of secrets! Which looks a lot like a certain D&D demon from back in the day: https://www.creaturecaster.com/collections/full-collection/products/pincerdemon

So now I have a solid start on models. But I want to come up with an actual backstory, and that's where you all come in from. You see, I am not a very creative person and I want to find great looking models for the army (this obviously will never hit a GW sanctioned tourny but is more for local play), as well as work on the story. So why did they fall? Was the lack of sex too much? Do they feel the Emperor betrayed them? Are they pissed that the GK slaughtered members of their church and painted their armor in their blood? Why? Also, names. Those who have played EC for forever now, gimme some good names for these. I'm also looking for a Drider type model for either another Daemon Princess or maybe sorcerer. Something I can make a black widow and paint in a glossy black.

One things for sure, this army is going to push me hard to improve my painting skills. Thoughts?

TLDR: Coming up with a new army and here's what I need:

- Models for an all female preferably, army of slaanesh

- spider/drider model for either DP or sorceress

- name and backstory
