Hello everyone,

I've been toying with the idea of building a Vampyre Cult army using the rules for Genestealer Cults. The theme is pretty simple - the Patriarch is a vampire, Neophytes are human thralls and Hybrids are ghouls. What stumps me are the Genestealers. If the Patriarch is considered a true vampire, then the Genestealers could be something lesser, something shadowy and predatory but still vampire-esque. My thought so far has been the current Dark Eldar Mandrakes, with a hand swap or two to give them big claws, but they have their own particular aesthetic compared to everything else.

Please let me know if you know of anything that would fit the bill just right.

Edit: Something that occured to me just now was to make the Genestealers out of Spirit Hosts from Warhammer Fantasy and give them all clawed hands. Instead of vampires they'd be shade-like creatures. They'd be pretty economical to boot...

Strigoi Vampire Ghoul Kings? Those would fit the bill quite well. You can convert them out of the ghoul kit I think.

That wouod be cool. But I think it is rather time consuming.

Genestealers could still e full vampires, just lesser beings within the coven compared to the patriarch.
