Not as a deathguard. But you can always run one renegade knight as a auxiliary support super heavy if you want.

You can run a Renegade Knight alongside your Death Guard absolutely fine - their rules haven't changed since the Index. The easiest way to do so is to include one in a Super Heavy Auxiliary detachment. A detachment of Death Guard and that would share the Chaos keyword, so can be included in the same army fine.
