Beasts of Nurgle break your Death Guard detachment so its not battleforged (They don't have the Death Guard keyword).

That said, Plagueburst crawlers are better (and cheaper) than Predators, your prince cannot take Warptime unless hes in a chaos detachment (same with Prescience).

You would have to run 3 detachments to make this work
