Hey all,

Being that Dakka is full of seasoned vets, I was curious if anyone in the Vancouver, BC area might be so inclined to meet up for a few games (of 40k) with someone learning the ropes. Either people with patience or who are also learning would be ideal. I've long been into the hobby, but have barely rolled dice before, and am just curious if anyone is looking for more people in their gaming group or the like? Fingers crossed.

Hey there! I split my time between the Metrotown area and Mount Pleasant, so mostly Vancouver proper and Burnaby I suppose. Thanks for the heads up about the Facebook group, I'll definitely have to check that out.

- Strategies on Main and 23rd has a 40K night during the week I think, but you'd have to call the store to check when that is. You'll need a painted army to play on their tables though.

- Just over the bridge on Russ Baker Way, Imperial Hobbies also does drop in gaming during the week

- Highgate Mall in Burnaby (Kingsway and Salisbury) looks to have a good crowd of 40K players every time I've stopped by
