Having filled out a Brigade Detachment I'm ok with spending the 1 command point to make this an auxiliary detachment

Relic Leviathan Dreadnought [331]

-1 GravFlux Bombard/Storm Cannon
-2 Heavy Flamers
-1 Meltagun

The Servitors are pretty unnecessary. Same goes for a second Datasmith. Save yourself 44 points and use Binary Override on one unit of Kastelans.

While I would agree with you they are cheap options to fill out those elite slots in a brigade detachment

I think maybe focus less on getting that Brigade, use the points you'd save on bulking out your units a bit.

At 2k I run a Battalion + Vanguard (whatever the Heavy Support one is), allowing me a good few number of Skitarii, 2x Onagers, 2x Kastelans, Cawl and a Knight, still with 7CP.

With this in mind. I would drop all your Elites, use the points to get another Onager then use these and the Techpriest to make a Vanguard Detachment.

Keep the Sydonians, they should do ok.

In regards to the Skitarii, bulk out the units a bit. I know they're susceptible to Morale, but I've had more success running large numbers. Here's what I'd run at 2K.

5x Ranger w. 2x Arquebus
10x Rangers w. 3x Plasma
10x Vanguard
10x Vanguard w. 3x Arc

I see I see. What about that Leviathan Dreadnought? I thought about adding two thunderfire cannons to make another vanguard detachment because losing out on a command point with only one vanguard detachment and an auxiliary is cutting it a little close for me. And yes I want to run the dreadnought as much as possible as I do not have any kind of knight. The mrs. got it for me for an occasion so ya know....

There's a guy in our group who regularly uses a Leviathan in his Robby G Ultramarines force. Very powerful I will admit, the Grav and Storm Cannons are just dirty, even more so when combined with Robby G.

Keep the Leviathan (I'm also aware of using models with a sentimental value), not sure about the Thunderfires; your list needs a bit more anti-tank firepower, something which Skitarii only really have in the form of Neutron Lasers. A Las-Pred may serve you better than 2 Thunderfires.
