So! I’ve been toying with Battlescribe and tried to make a GSC list that would be both „fairly okay” AND still feel like GSC despite reaching out for help from the Guard that can do everything better. Here are my two attempts!

It’s fairly straightforward, some infantry, some cults guys to drop. Depending on matchup I can drop the nophytes through ambush or just deploy them. The tanks provide AT fire with the infantry, acolytes can chew something heavy in melee, genestealers get to multi-charge the biggest blob with hypnosis dropped by a Magus, primus duo ensures a good ambush. That sentinel is just there to play on opponent’s emotions, because my friends hate hflamers running up a flank towards them and usually over-commit to kill them.

Bit heavier on GSC, fewer guardsmen, similar idea, though. The rockgrinder is there to be an ugly distraction carnifex with its ability to charge a precious tank or char a couple infantry dudes. And it sticks to the GSC flair.
