i've been looking over the new daemons codex because im considering building a
new army for fun mostly but i would still like it to be decently competitive.
Decently competitive meaning i dont want to lose every game and have a bad time.
So here is my list i've brewed up. its 12+d3 cmd points with Kairos as the warlord
Please tell me where it is weak and where i could improve. i would like to stick to using those 3 gods

Both Fatey and the Changeling are pretty worthless. Changeling bc a 6+ FnP in assault only, on HORRORS, is a big waste.
Fatey bc he's overcosted. You could take two DPs instead of Fatey--compare the damage output and see the difference.
With that many Horrors, you should be taking a Tzerald to improve the Pink shooting.

Also, a Disc Tzerald with Flamers, all DS, is pretty great, with 12" S5 -1 auto hits.

While I agree with the last bit on flamers and it is exactly what I will be doing at LVO, the bit about the changeling is wrong. It is just a 9” bubble of 6+ Fnp from anything, shooting, psychic, or assault.


As far as the horrors go, you need to be decisive with your unit composition. The way you have it set up, the units will be doing nothing and at that point just take brims to sit on objectives. I would drop all the greater daemons. Instead add a bloodthirster for the khorn detachment. Add 2 heralds to the Tzeentch detachment, and add 2 DP to the Nurgle detachment. Gives you a bunch of extra points to mess around with and add more flamers or plague bearers or whatever.
