Thanks for all of the advice on my last 2 posts I've narrowed it down to two lists (new to marine armies and trying to make a competitive list (meta is decently competitive w/ gunlines) while keeping the world eaters theme!)

The first using heavy firepower to weaken opponents heavy hitters while cc units finish off the rest. Lord sits back with pred and cultists, while rhinos with zerkers rush up with maulerfiends, apostle and champion ride with 3rd group in land rider
Hq
Chaos Lord w/ power sword
Dark apostle
Exulted champion w/ power axe

Troops
X2 18 cultists
X3 8 berzerker squads, one squad with power fist

Heavy
Raider
X2 mauler
X2 x4 lascannon pred

Trans
X2 rhino

The second is best utilizing the world eaters extra attacks with infantry and helbrutes and using daemon engines to distract the opponent. Champions and zerkers ride in rhinos while Lord and chosen going after elite and heavy units with the power fist. Tried to get in some fire power with helbrutes, and mauler pulls fire being out in front and heldrake for 1st turn charge. Cultist for obj and backfield
Hq
Lord in Terminator armor- combibolter and murder sword
X2 Exalted champion with power axe

Troops
19 cultists and cultist champion
X2 8 khorne berzerkers (including berzerk champion) all with chain swords and axe

Elites
8 Chosen 5 (including champion) with power fist and 3 w/ combibolter
X2 helbrute w/ lascannon and fist

Heavy
Landraider
Maulerfiend with tendrils

Flyer
Heldrake

Trans
X2 rhino

I used to have an idea for the Lord of Skulls but it was a huge point sink that limited me on objectives and numbers, if you think I should add it back or have any other ideas or improvements for my list all help is much appreciated!

I'm leaning towards the second too since having the helbrutes march up the field pulls enemy fire and their las should do some work and their good in cc to boot

On your second list: I haven't had great luck with the first turn Heldrake charge in my WE army. It may end up destroying something between the breath and the assault but it _always_ dies in the enemy's next shooting phase. It's not nearly as much of a distraction/sponge as I had hoped. If it works for you that's good, but I'm wondering if a second maulerfiend might not work out better for you.

More 40k armies than 40k time ...

I ways also gunna use it as a unit that could hop to the backfield increase something deepstrikes to harass the cultists, this not a good idea?

Side note what units have preformed well in your world eaters army (fairly new to chaos)

Other than the Berzerkers, I've had good results with dual fist helbrute, terminators, helbrute with reaper/fist/flamer, Predators and Blood Slaughterers.
