Can a unit of Warriors of Chaos have some guys with handweapons and some with halberds? Or do they all have to have the same load-out? I like shields on them all too.

The Warscroll says:

Some units wield either Chaos
Hand Weapons or Halberds and carry
Chaos Runeshields. Some units eschew
defence, hefting double-handed Chaos
Greatblades or entering battle with a Chaos
Hand Weapon in each hand.

So no mixing within the unit.
