Is there a rule that says that or are you just talking fluff?

I saw this mentioned on the Overlords Facebook group and the general consensus was that the rules technically allow it, though we all agreed in reality it would be too large/heavy.

My suggestion was to model the Stormraven dragging a Leviathan with its feet scraping on the ground in a shower of sparks...

The leviathan has the DREADNOUGHT keyword. Yes, the stormraven can carry it.
