Ok. I give up. What's the difference between a warlock conclave and a skyrunner?

I want to field a unit of jetbikes with two warlocks and a farseer to take out chaos but cannot tell why the difference is.

One rule read with confused me is that a warlock in a unit of 1-3 can only manifest one psychic power. If two of those are warlocks, does that mean each warlock has to share a psychic power compared to one each?

A Warlock Conclave is a unit of 2-10 models. A Warlock Skyrunner is a Character unit of one model.
Also, the models in the unit are slightly cheaper than the stand-alone character version.

You can’t have a single unit that has two or more Warlocks and a Farseer as the Farseer is, itself, another separate Character unit.

The unit and the lone character version have wholly separate rules; despite some similarities, you’re confusing yourself by assuming there’s any overlap between the conclave and the individual.
