I feel that the “hammer” Slaanesh units are either too weak or too expensive, to compliment the rest of the list. Namely the 3 chariots and the Keeper of Secrets, being underwhelming and the Fiends of Slaanesh being too expensive.

There is also a general chaos daemon problem but being the only horde army without a morale mechanic is brutal. I bumped all LD characteristics to 10 because being literal manifestations of the universes worst fear and desires, it is kind of strange most daemons have LD 7. Especially in Age of Sigmar they are all LD 10.

//I was kind of bewildered that Codex: Craftworld received a Slaanesh daemon ability but Slaanesh daemons did not.
She Who Thirsts: When this unit slays an AELDARI model, 1 slain model is added back to this unit with 1 wound remaining. If this unit does not have any slain models it instead regains 1 lost wound.

//What I find discouraging about current Quicksilver Swiftness + Locus of Swiftness, is the notation that I now must jump through hoops to basically play Slaanesh daemons the same way they have been since 3rd edition. Losing the Initiative characteristic and fleet, hurt Slaanesh daemons. I also wanted Slaanesh daemons to be more mobile without just blanket increasing unit’s Movement characteristic.
Quicksilver Swiftness: This unit always fight first in the Fight phase, even if it didn’t charge. If the enemy has units that charged, or that have a similar ability, then alternative shooting units to fight with, starting with the player whose turn is taking place. This unit can charge even if they advanced during their turn.

Locus of Swiftness: All SLAANESH DAEMON units with 6” of a friendly model with the Locus of Swiftness may advance by rolling two dice and adding them together. In addition, this unit can Fall Back and charge in the same turn.

Missed opportunity for Daemonatrix? I like needle of desire, the icon ability is a 3% nerf which isn't all that much but it's not exactly something that will come up much either way.

It's a lot to take in, Might come back to the list

The craftworld ability benefits both the asuryani and their slaaneshi foes. They didn't need to print a second rule in the daemons book because the craftworld book already has it covered. Automatically regaining a model every time you kill an enemy model seems way too strong any time you happen to be facing an aeldari opponent with a decent number of bodies on the table. Maybe make it 1d3 models each time an enemy unit is slain?

Ancient Doom doesn't give Slaanesh daemons any benefits? Other than a morale penalty.

You can re-roll failed hit rolls in the Fight phase for this unit in a turn which it charges or is charged by a SLAANESH unit. However, you must add 1 to Morale tests for this unit if it is within 3" of any SLAANESH units.

My thought at least, is that Slaanesh is to Aeldari as Grey Knights are to Daemons. It should be an uphill battle for Aeldari to face Slaanesh daemons.

Restoring slain models could be a more random event like a Necron WWBB roll? Or when a Slaanesh unit slays an Aeldari unit it gains some kind of permanent bonus for the rest of the game?

It seems like there should be a mechanic that benefits the Slaanesh player. As Codex: Craftworld also has "the Great Enemy" stratagem.

I pulled the point cost out of my ass for sure. I just wanted Greater Daemons to be scary again and not a worst choice than taking 1 or 2 Daemon Princes for the same point cost. In retrospect, it should be a LoW choice. I think all the GD are kind of meh for their point cost. They are in a weird zone of not quite a LoW but more point value than average HQs.

I suppose it's more of a debuff for your aeldari opponent than a direct buff for yourself. Either way, aeldari are already suffering a disadvantage (balanced about by an advantage) when facing slaaneshi enemies. Slaaneshi forces are more potent than usual when facing aeldari already without needing to add a second rule.

My thought at least, is that Slaanesh is to Aeldari as Grey Knights are to Daemons. It should be an uphill battle for Aeldari to face Slaanesh daemons.

I don't feel that this is a particularly good game design paradigm, at least not for general play. Saying, "This army should win most of the time against that army," is unlikely to sound appealing to the person with "that" army. Maybe what you're proposing would be more at home in a narrative mission?

You know, I wouldn't be opposed to a toned down version of what you're proposing as a stratagem. Spend 1 CP when a slaaneshi daemon unit destroys an aeldari unit in the Fight phase. The slaaneshi unit recovers 1d6 models with 1 wound or 1d3 models with multiple wounds. Or something like that. One daemon per eldar casualty is probably still a bit much, but the general idea is fluffy and cool.
