So I just yellow triangled a post that I felt was in the wrong forum.
I'm more than happy to post in that thread but would rather wait until it's in the correct place rather than bumping some other stuff further down the queue.
Would it make sense that any threads that receive my yellow triangle of friendship are also automatically put into my subscriptions for me to comment on at a later date?
Is this a good idea or a dumb one? Have I missed something?

The subscription button at the bottom of the page may be a better candidate for such a thing.

Sure. I get that I can use the subscribe button but this is just a thought that possibly isn't too hard to implement that could improve every Dakka users experience.

However, whenever you report someone for breaking forum rules you would also be subscribed to the thread. No thanks.

I'd argue that clicking a subscription off is far easier than tracking down the thread or post to ensure that justice has been done.

I think BrookM's got the right of it here - there already exists a way to track a thread via the subscription option.
