I’m trying to find some chaos bits for slaanesh terminators.

One thing I’m wondering is if the regular CSM shoulder pads would work for a terminator. I assume they would just look small.

So I’m trying to give slaanesh a fair shake. All I need is a single torso bit, a single set of shoulder pads and a head. I don’t mind buying a set of 5 but I can’t seem to find anything that would look decidedly slaanesh terminator lord.

(This is really for 40k but I threw in the 30k tag in case there are 30k bits that would work. I’m just going for the aesthetic)

Alternatively, I’m fine using a single model and just using the upper parts, but I’m trying to avoid buying a FW primarch and/or an entire squad of terminators just for one dude’s upper body

I'd advise maybe having a look at the AoS chaos warrior range - I'm sure there are plenty of big shoulder pads and mutated heads that would suit just fine. Alternatively, if you want a good-looking head, go for one from the Blood Angels range and just paint the hair white instead. A tyranid warrior lashwhip is a surprisingly good weapon for a slaaneshi terminator, and is just the right size too.

Maybe use a Praetor in Cataphractii armour as the base? The Warhammer World exclusive ones are pretty nice (if you can get to WHW or know someone who can), the Cataphractii armour (IMO) is much better looking than the normal version.
