This is the first model I fully painted. Can you tell me anything that looks off, or what looks good?

Coat quality is good, and you look like theres some nice gradients around the face. You also got smaller details than I'd have the patience for, and it looks like some weathering on the legs. The base is amusing, very orky.
Picture quality looks a bit grainy and with some blobbing of color, but that might be my phone display. That and the angle are not helping the arms visually separate themselves from the body, which is making that nice orky greeble kinda act to make things harder to pick out. I'd also think about pushing the contrast inside each color area more-but again, could be a display/my end problem.
All in all, nice job.

Looks pretty good. Personally, I like my ork machinery grubby, so I'd stick some washes over the metal but that might not be your style. I like the red, but it's a difficult colour to gauge on a monitor. It looks nice and weather beaten though.

Maybe stick up another pic or two?
