Scenario:

Psyker casts Paroxysm on Target.
Unit 1 and Unit 2 both charge Target.

Unit 1 fights against Target.
Target is alive.

Can, at this point, the player controlling Target pay 2CP to interrupt, and fight before Unit 2 is eligible to fight?

Paroxysm states that the targeted unit cannot fight until all other eligible units have fought.
