So I have a feeling the answer is yes, but is a ministorum priest affected by his own War Hymns to give him an attack characteristic of 4? His base is 3, with a special rule called War Hymns below. Rule in question

Usually a model is affected by their own abilities (such as reroll 1 auras) but I just wanted to check. He has all the keywords needed, so I would assume yes. Just making sure I play him right.
