Have you tried sending an email to Forgeworld? I mean don't get your hopes up or anything but they're usually pretty good about replacements even if it's your own mistake.

Actually their standard policy is NOT to replace if it's your mistake nor do they sell individual bits(seems their system isn't suitable for it). They MIGHT(I got head of Horus but that was basically my once in a lifetime bonus) but not guaranteed. So in this case short of buying new one 3rd party not-spartan-sponsons etc is about only option.
Yeah, Blood and Skulls should be more than sufficient to set you up with sponsons and other equipment - he's got armored sides/track guards that will fit smoothly around the sponsons he sells. They're also pre-set with magnet sockets for the weapons, which also have magnet sockets fitted from the get-go. The sponsons also have a slight bit of elevation/depression angle on the weapon mount.
