With only four scoring units, and all minimum sized, you will struggle in objective based missions. It's absurdly easy to pop Rhinos and gun down the guys inside. With no transport (and your Terminators can't Deepstrike), they will be foot slogging across the board where they can safely be ignored until late game- and even then, your opponent might just let you sit on one or two objectives while they take the rest.
What will your Contemptor Dread be loaded with? Might want to consider the Mortis with Kheres Assault Cannons for anti air (that works just as well for anti-infantry as well).
Which Sicarian tanks are you running?
At 2,000 points, you probably won't run into the Spartan+Primarch combo, but 2,000 points is the low end for 30K. I don't play anything less then 2,500, and 3,000 is the standard for my area. My goal with every list is "How will I deal with a Spartan? How will I deal with a Primarch?" Even if it's a "I hope my opponent doesn't bring one", I still try to answer both of those questions. And if the plan seems way too "Rube Goldberg Machine", then I'll come up with a new plan or different plan.
The list is very thematic, but will struggle a bit vs. most competitive lists. The strengths of the Sons of Horus are in close combat and out numbering your opponent. I foot slog two 20 model Tactical Squads with extra close combat weapons and an Apothecary. The only Terminators I run are Justarian because they are the best Terminators in 30K, and I make sure they always out number any squad they assault. My favorite unit is my Spicy Nacho Derdeo with Lascannons, my work horse model is my Sicarian Battle Tank, and my favorite unit is a Destroyer Squad with jump packs backed up with a Moritat and Volkite pistols. I avoid the Reavers as I think Veterans are better. I foot slog with huge squads backed up by Apothecaries and it seems to work very well for me.
You got a pretty solid core army that you might want to change after a couple games. Play it out and let us know how it goes!
