Just curious what everyone finds to be the best inquisitor. Special character? Or custom version.
Looking for something head up a vanguard so I can add in a Culexus.

But personally a single IG Company Commander is a better use of the points to fill a mandatory HQ. Kitted out with a Power fist and Plasma pistol they're dirt cheap and still order themselves around.7
Hell, just take Marbo.

The bog standard one is the best pick - especially if you know your meta and can pick a good Ordo to match. Grab one, add about 3-4 acolytes, profit.
Eisenhorn is fantastic, but if you aren't building a list around him you'll never get his full value. He aint cheap.

DakkaDakka is really the place where you need anti-tank guns to kill basic dudes, because anything less isn't durable enough. |

I think Eisenhorn is a great deal for 125 (including his daemon host). He is a solid caster as well as not TOO awful in melee alongside his beastly daemon host.

I'm a fan of Coteaz, mainly just because I like the model.
He does alright on the tables. Rarely dissapointed with him.

I like Karamazov. Sad he lost his orbital bombard troll, but he nicely buffs surrounding units Ld while lowering opposing units Ld as well as forcing ebemy psykers to deduct one from psychic tests and he can deny the witch (if hes the target). Master crafted multimelta being assault lets him keep pace with everything and he has the toughness and wounds to take some hits and dish out some damage.
Hes actually pretty sweet.
