Just kind of curious about whose ever paid a visit without having their head cut off. 
1.) Jaq Draco from Inquisitor Wars comes to mind, but i believe he's no longer canon.
2.) Ephrael Stern, the Daemonifuge, story ended by at the Black Library as well.
Anyone else make it into the Library?
