Subject: Is there a single GW box of minis that can represent all kinds of Daemons?

So I really want 1 Bloodletter, 1 Daemonette, 1 Plaguebearer & 1 Horror, but I am having no luck finding them cheaply I'd really like it if there was 1 box of minis that could represent all of them somehow. Similarly to how you can buy 1 box of Marines and Chaos Marines and by painting them, you can get 1 from each Legion. Like so: The only box I can think of is Beastmen Gors. 1 could have the large axe and painted red to be a 'letter 1 could have claws for hands and painted grey/white with purple/black fur to be Slaanesh, but not quite a Daemonette 1 could be given a beak and painted blue like a Tzaagor. 1 could have some decay and modeled with 1 horn and 1 eye to be a Plaguebearer. It doesn't quite fit what I need, but it is certainly accessible, cheap and I have the conversion skills to make it work. Any other suggestions or generic box sets that could work?

Kind of. Same subject, for sure, but I'm still not getting a satisfying solution. Thought I'd try a painting/modeling solution instead.
This particular thread is meant to get feedback about using a box of Beastmen, or something else, to get what I am after.

Pick up some Mounted Chaos Knights, use the heads they give for each faction with some conversion work. Beastmen work too!
Or just ebay metal OOP minis/check your local bitz box. Might cost you $20-30.

The funny thing is that I already have like 6 Diaz Daemonettes. If I could get the OOP versions of a 'Letter, Horror and a PB that match the same "pre-plastic" release, that could work for my purpose. I just haven't seen them on eBay yet. At least not cheaper than just buying a whole plastic box. Why pay almost $20 for a single model including shipping when for almost the same, I could be the newest plastic box of 10 models, take what I want and sell the rest? The problem is that my wife doesn't like me dropping $100 of 4 boxes, even if I intend to resell about $80 worth of it. -

Maybe one of your friends has a few daemon models extra? If they do you coul probbably arrange something.

Yeah, unlike Marines, whose major defining characteristics are the color that their armor is painted, I don't think you will find anything like that for Daemons. Their defining characteristics are their physical model appearances, and that would be a nightmare for GW to box and sell.

Purchasing from an actual human daemons player who has spares is 10/10 the best policy.

I actually don't know any human daemon players who have spares.
At least none that play more than just Nurgle.
But it's ok, I think I found a solution. I found enough bits in my collection for a Daemonettes, ordered the 3 blue horrors from the chariot set, can green stuff a brimstone and nurgling.
That only leaves the bloodletter and PB, both of which I can get from a single set of bloodletters and green stuff the PB.
Then I'll eBay the other 8 (appropriate for Khorne)

They look great! Your work has actually inspired me to do some similar projects of my own. Although I am primarily a Chaos fan, I have decided to create a range of space marine captains from various chapters. I might do something similar for Chaos too. So thanks for the inspiration!

Thanx and your welcome. As a painter (apparently more so than a player these days) I always recommend branching out and painting something new just for the fun of it.
Stay tuned. This weekend I an taking some pictures of the Necrons I just finished. I didn't bother to paint specific Dynasties in the same way as my Chapter/Legion project, but more as an homage to my previous Necron armies.
