Definitely sad to hear. I've been following Erfworld from the beginning when it first appeared on The Order of the Stick's website.

I was very sad to hear this, since it's such a terrible thing to go through.

I also followed Erfworld since OOTS and while I think the quality has dropped pretty dramatically over the years, I always hoped it would turn around. Perhaps it still will.

I hope his wife makes a speedy recovery.
