Gotta have a ynnari hq!

Never argue with an idiot you just lower yourself to their level.

With the new FAQ, I don't think it is a legal list. They banned putting DE and Harlequin in the same detachment.

Plus, there is no Ynnari character in the list.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

As other said, you need a Ynnari HQ to unlock the Ynnari keyword.
In addition, the optional beta matched play rules forbid using Ynnari or Aeldari as the common keyword in a detachment. So if you were to use these rules, you couldn't mix Harlies and DE in the same detachment.
But the Razorwing is actually a flyer, not a fast attack choice, so you could still put your three flyers in a separate detachment by themselves, solving your issue.

So basically, drop a couple Shadowseers (and I don't think 3 of them is very good, especially with the new smite rule) to get Yvraine, and you'll be good.
Also, you mention Troupe leaders, you're aware troupe masters are not "sergeant" upgrades anymore, but a separate HQ choice (with a widely different point cost).

Thanks for the feedback guys.

In this case, I'll drop ynnari all together, amd just uave a harlequin detachment and a dark eldar flyer wing detachment.

That should make this legal

You are correct.

It's not bad.

3 shadowseers seems excessive. They are good but expensive in an already expensive army. With only being able to cast spells once per turn as well 3 is not needed.
I would go max 2 depending on how much you want that second good spell to be cast, after twilight pathways. Taking a troupe master is a viable choice.

Two units of bikes is overkill. At only 3 attacks they are expensive for what you get. I would take one unit of 6 and twilight pathways them across the board.

With the extra points you can fit in another squad in car or potentially a 12 man squad out of deep strike, tho that will be turn 2 now.

Also at least put some caress or embrace on the squads in weavers.

That being said all this changes in a month when the codex comes out

Don't forget Troupe Masters are HQ choices not troop Sgt choices. You are saying Troupe Leader.....there aren't any Sargents in a Harlequin troop unit any longer.

I would drop two Shadowseers (they won't pay for themselves) for a Troupe Master and maybe squeeze in a second Drukhari Battalion. With the fewer jetbikes option mentioned earlier. 6 Skyweavers is a better option (webway portal or movement spell)....right now they are over priced. Harlequins have a codex coming soon and the points may be adjusted.

Given a choice.... The Voidraven bomber is too pricey. Go with a third Razorwing with a Splinter Cannon.

That Drukari detachment can get you Archons and Kabalite warriors with blasters. You can't go wrong with Assault 1 18" S8 Ap-4 Dd6 guns.
