Subject: Iron Warriors - Where to go from here?

Hello, Dakka.
I've amassed quite the collection of Iron Warriors and I'm not sure where to go from here. I kind of want to make more Mk3 and Primaris CSM of different varieties (lascannons, missile launchers, flamers, etc), Rhinos, custom Mk3 Raptors and Warptalons (plasma, melta), more bikes (flamers, plasma), Daemon Princes (mainly just different modeling ideas) and Obliterators.
Problem is, out of what I have, I'm not sure what's competitive. I'm more of a modeler/painter than I am a player, so I'd like for you guys to look over what I have, tell me your thoughts of the collection, then let me know what you would do purchase and even list wise.

I'm not.going to say flat out what models from the line I don't like/want to build because I don't want to influence your input too much. Please just keep in mind that I use Agressors as Terminators, Primaris as Sergeants/Plasma guys (yay hellblasters) and Inceptors as JP Lords. All normal marines are Mk3, even the bikers are Mk3 with all the spikey gak shaved off. So all in all, everything has a very 30k Legion vibe going on. Keep that in mind if you want when you make your purchase suggestions. As for list suggestions, try to use what I have, reference what I want to build and give purchase suggestions based on that as well.
Thanks in advance, guys. Hope to hear some solid input.

Well from an efficiency standpoint this army definitely needs some obliterators... I'd recommend aggressors for a "cleaner" take on the unit but you're already using those as terminators.

I use my 30k tyrant siege terminators as obliterators in casual games. I would add sicarans and quad bolter rapiers for more 30k feel. I also really like deredeo and leviathan dreads
I like the tremendous number or iron havocs though. And I used to really like the terminators before the faq.

Obliterators are definitely on the list of things to build. I'm still going to use the EtB Aggressors Squad, but I'm going to try and find 4 long barrel weapons for each of them and mount them on the arms and shoulders.
Using the same models as my terms makes sense, since Oblits are just dakka'ed out Terms.
And on the subject of Dreads, great idea. I am very fond of the IC Dread kit and the Redemptor (all my hellbrutes are IC Dreads, and my Defiler uses the Redemptor torso). I think if I made any of the big'uns I'd probably use more Redemptor torsos with Dune Stalker legs to match them with my Defiler.
Thanks for the ideas, guys. I like the idea of the quad bolter squad also. I'll have to look I to those.

Squads of 3 quad heavy bolters, mark of slaanesh firing twice with VotLW and prescience. Yay 144 heavy bolters shots a turn hitting on 2's wounding t4 on 2's (From a single unit!!!!)
Seriously though i think they would fit the theme of this 30key army very nicely, as well as being hilarious.
So this means you take a sorcerer or 2and 1 squad of 3 quad heavy bolters with extra chaff marines to survive longer. About a 400 points sink but an insanely effective unit.
Also take obliterators. And maybe squads of 20 marines with plasma as they are also hard to clear and can put out lots of shots. Automatically Appended Next Post: So maybe a spearhead detachment of the quad heavy bolters unit, 2 squads of obliterators, and a sorceror. then a battalion of a sorceror, lord or 2 then 3 squads of 20 marines. Very thematic and very good

Where do I find these Quad Heavy Bolters? Can't find them in Battlescribe or the GW store. They definitely sound like something I'd get down on.

If you are talking about those FW rapier batteries, they divide into single units of one battery each after deployment. You can't put a stratagem on all of them together.

And it's 36 shots from 3 not 72.
