The Cryptek with the canoptek cloak is going to hangout with the destroyers. The ghost ark will be the warrior repair barge and the warlord will support the 20 warrior blob.

If the Cryptek had the Chronometron, your destroyers will be much better protected. Without a lot of vehicles, the destroyers will get hit by your enemy's heavy guns.
Might be worth upgrading the Ghost Ark to the DDA for the extra firepower.
