Pretty much what the thread title says. For those who have used it, about how many models can you usually coat with a single 3oz can of Testors Dullcote?

depends on the size of the model, but the answer is: not many.

I'm going to switch back to Krylon matte finish once I run out of the dullcote. That dullcote just does not go very far for the price, and the Krylon looks just as good IMO

I use Tamiya TS-80, which is roughly the same size, and I reckon I'd be able to do 30 marine sized miniatures maybe more.

I'm not sure, but I would have guessed 40-ish. Depends how much you drench your models in it and how wasteful you are (sometimes I just spray 1 model at a time which tends to be both wasteful and also drenches them, lol).

Agood amount i use it all the time, that stuff is a case of a little goes a long way. I would say if you are using it correctly, a single mini can should last you for say.....5 tac squads? Maybe more, i haave not counted what i was able to coat with a single can.

To many unpainted models to count.
