Doomsday Bell - obviously works on Plaguebearers etc. Is there a ruling for whether it works on obliterators, mutilators, myphitic blighthaulers etc? Things that share the NURGLE Faction keyword but the keyword for Daemon only? I know for strats it was clear you need the faction keyword but somewhat confused as psychic abilities I think this works differently? (i could be wrong)
I would guess it works as epidemius seems to have a similar wording and I remember people running epidemius with PBCs etc. Or was that wrong to do?

Its ability effects all Nurgle Daemons unless stated otherwise.
The only exception to this general principle of following the rules as stated, is daemon codex stratagems, which despite the wording can only be used on faction daemons.

And Tyranid codex stratagems.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Are you referring to the 'Reverberating Summons' rule that a Great Unclean One with a Doomsday Bell has?
