He is 11. I helped him use some techniques like dry-brushing and washes. He got a bit frustrated with the flames, but I told him it was a more advanced technique he chose to do, so he actually did pretty good.

And I actually used neon paints that glow under black-light. The lighting I used to take the pictures really makes them pop.

How did you do the wings on the Cryptek? I tried doing something like that with plasticard or greenstuff, and it never looked right.

I had some extra Lych guard phase swords and just glued them to the back. The shoulder armour is from Eldar Wraithguard, but I imagine you could easily use extra Canoptek Wraith face plates for that armour as well.
