Hello again everyone!

So, following the previous topic, i need your help again on expanding my forces of the traitorous 4th legion Iron warriors.

So far for my forces i have:

50 chaos marines (all likely bolters, with special weapons being HB)
10 raptors/warp talons (unbuilt)
2 terminator lords (converting to warsmiths)
1 hellbrute (unbuilt)
5 terminators (from prospero set, unbuilt)

So far my plans include:
5 rhino transports
1-2 defilers

The codexes/lists i'll be using:
Renegades and heretics
Chaos space marines

In the warp eating your trifle

Obliterators are an awesome unit, worth a shout. If you ever fancy havoks/heavy weapons I would suggest buying a heresy mark 3 Marines/CSM box & a box of devastators and convert/kit-bash

Cultist are ok too fodder as well big blob of 20 is what I run with

edits : spelling grammar.

i second this. I'd also add that if you're going Iron Warriors the Renegades and Heretics give you access to some great artillery. Basilisks, Medusas and Colossus Bombard are all things i'd recommend. Then use some cheap chaff to protect the artillery piece while your marines go and do the real work.

I had also planned to take a few squads of... i think they were renegade marauders from the (R&H) book to get some snipers in my chaos horde, lol

Snipers would certainly be of use. They can't be relied upon to do too much damage. But they could force your opponent to use their characters more conservatively, which is valuable. And with some luck they could take one out.

I don't think you'll need 5 Rhinos in 8th edition. They're okay to grab some objective or get some CC-guys to the front, but it's not necessary to go all mechanized.

Also, no Iron Warriors army should come without the Vindicator. They invented it after all Same with Obliterators.
