Here's quite a model-light list with some brutal damage output at the cost of being a bit flimsy to lists with heavy firepower. I suspect 1st turn would be a big swing when playing this!

if you go catachan, grab some sponson plasma cannons + battle canon for tankmanders. Cause re-rolling shots is dope (cadian might not be as useful because your tanks can order themselves to re-roll 1s anyways, which goes great with plasma).
