Giggling Nurgling

Hey Everyone,

I am making my first character ever for Dark Heresy. I wanted to create a Voidborn Psyker that grew up aboard a Merchant Starship that became infected with a deadly airborn virus, wiping out the majority of those on board (not sure what the disease was; that will be up to the GM). After the initial infection, he realizes that he is developing new powers (likely Biomancy), which he uses to try to cure the people on board. He is sent into quarantine by the Inquisition, and becomes a sanctioned psyker after suffering an awful test of faith to the Emperor (not sure which one as of yet). He now intends to heal the sick on the various Hiveworlds, and to discover the malevolent cause of various diseases in the 42nd Millennium.

This idea mostly came from my love of the various Nurgle stories where a character tragically gives into a disease to "save" others from death. Plus with the myriad events that can happen if I trigger a Perils in the Warp, we will know which demon likely has it out for me (either Tzeentch in its feud with Nurgle or the plague father himself).

If anyone has any build ideas for outfitting this character with equipment and how to build him thematically (from 1st to 4th level, etc.) then I would be very happy to hear. Thank you all!

Am I the only one that says "Blessed by Nurgle" when someone sneezes?
