I just relocated to St.Louis - are there any gaming clubs or 40k-friendly shops around here?

Gateway Gamers is the local group I know about (and am friends with a few). Check them out! They play at various local stores, from what I've heard.

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k.                                                                                                       Rule #1

There are numerous. If you want to make the drive to the Illinois side, Fantasy Books and Games in Fairview Heights is a good store.

On the STL side, there are three "main" places that everyone congregates:

The Fantasy Shop in St. Charles

Miniature Market of Manchester

Game Nite off Watson

Each of these places has a pretty healthy mix of folks but I'm not sure what the best days to go are.

Probably work

I think Fantasy Shop is 40k on Thursdays.

I think Infinity happens on Sundays at Game Nite, but I'm not sure when 40k is.

I might be wrong through.

Thanks for the info. I live in KC and travel to STL for work on occasion. I usually take models and paints for while I'm at the hotel. Would like to do some gaming while I'm out there.
