Hi,
You might want to reconsider the archers with the new rules. They have been heavily nerfed since the first version PDF ruleset. With the current rules all they ever get is an 5+ to hit and a 4+ to wound. So once per game you can (probably) kill one unit with the arrowstorm, and then they are useless.
I would rather look into getting the maximum 48 count Man-at-Arms unit for 360 points, as they are an excellent quagmire unit. They work like a night goblin unit with those numbers.
You could also get a 16 men Knight Errant unit for 400 points, and they are way better than the archers.
Just my thoughts after playing against a 2000 point Chaos using the latest PDF ruleset with 600 points of now worthless Archers...

Add more heroes if you want a competitive list. I would add a second Lord on a Pegasus.
