I am starting a force which I've wanted to make for a while and its basically going to be Pride of the Legion with the idea of getting as many Terminators on the board as possible. I've already done an Ultra army which is mechanised and an EC army with all the planes so I am kind of reluctant to go down either of those roads.

My basic plan is to use the Cataphracti on foot to hold the rear and mid map whilst Horus and Abaddon drop in with many Justarian.

I was a little unsure what fire support to take. Partly I was leaning towards a Xiphon or Fire Raptor?

Any tips or things to look out for?

I will admit, that would be pretty great to see in action. I think in games below 3k points you will be hurting and you will need some dreadclaws IMO.
