Played 40k for a while, stopped for a while to play some other stuff, now playing 40k again.

One question - if I want to ask about the "Start Collecting: Drukhari" and if it's a good value - and other general non-list specific purchases for that (or any other) army, what is the appropriate section to post in? Thanks!
