Neither require reinforcement points because they are returning slain models, they are not generating new models above the starting strength nor adding new units to the battlefield.

That being said it might be possible to argue the resurrected model via the Casket is actually a new unit, but I think that's a bit of a stretch. I disagree that this is the case (It's returning a slain unit for sure but it's not adding a new one) but I bring it up because it's a potential thing some people could argue.
