Like can you take a detatchment of eldar, a detatchment of harlequins and a detatchment of dark eldar all in the same 2000 point list?

Yes. Allied armies are still a thing, mixed detachments are not.

Yes. The beta Battle Brothers rule only prevents mixed detachments, it doesn't prevent two pure detachments of different Keywords.

You can take a detachment of Harlequins with a detachment of Eldar, you can't mix Harlequins and Eldar in a single detachment anymore.
