i have to say as a new player with Saim hann I absolutely loving the army. The speed and long range weapons of scatter bikes and bright Lance vypers and the close range rape power of shining spears. Paired with doom. Jinx. Autarch rerolls. It’s a super fun army. You almost feel bad when you jinx and doom a 450 point model and then watch scatter lasers start taking wounds off and laser lances rerolling failed wounds and invuln saves getting -1.

The ability to rapidly position forces and then concentrate heavy firepower without penalty from movement is to me the epitome of eldar combat style. Speed and lethality. Love the army.
