I am going to be using two shieldcaptain on dawneagle jetbikes against DE tommorrow. Is the Biker keyword considered a vechile or intantry, this will impact how poison weapons work against these models. Thanks again

That's a bit like asking is the IMPERIUM keyword considered VEHICLE or INFANTRY.

BIKER is neither, it's just BIKER.

BIKER is not VEHICLE, so Dark Eldar Poison Weapons work just fine.

Remember, keywords themselves have zero rules meaning, it's other rules that use them as anchors.

It has neither the <INFANTRY> keyword, nor the <VEHICLE> keyword.

As above. But to answer your question about poison, since we are talking about Dark Eldar splinter weapons, they never call out <Infantry>
They wound non-vehicles on 4+ and <Vehicles> on 6.
Since <Bikes> are not <Vehicles>, they will be wounded on 4+
