Can summon two more poxwalkers. I may add a single cultist to make it an even 2k.
3 crawlers and mortarion go first, dealing tons of wounds to front line. Use miasma and cloud of flies to make mortarion hard to kill first turn. The crawlers that live can plague cannon anywhere once im done using them as woundshields. (Read: DISTRACTION CARNIFEX) The 3 and Morty provide an 1100 point hit, potentially crippling if my opponent ignores it.
Then comes the big ball of bodies. Lots of cultists guarding a deathstar of six characters, and 3 spawn. Mortal wounds a plenty, 40 poxwalkers in back to provide a late game S5 reroll hits and wounds of 1 final punch.
Keep em together or use cultists to stay on an objective.
Should be a pretty nasty straight punch to your opponents army.
String out poxwalkers first vs tyranids and then either hit back or fall back and shoot using the cultists.
Multiwound models will have to be taken out via mortal wound spam or plaguespitters.
Monsters taken out by mortarion or typhus.

Double battalion also provide plenty of CPs, without paying "slot taxes".

When playing multiple cultist units, it is better to make one unit of them big.

As an update, I dropped Necrosius and 4 poxwalkers, and added a Daemon Prince. DP is a straight beast and a needed part of the character group, able to act as tank and absolute wrecking ball. Daemon Prince takes Supporating Plate and leads the main group with the spawn and cultists.
Plague Surgeon does a better job of rerolling dr1s with the Fulgaris helm than the Dolorous Knell... I kept forgetting Dolorous Knell anyway).
Strict DG cant use Tide of Traitors, so cultists are used for what they're good at, being screens to soak assaults and shots.
Cloud of flies of Mortarion is scary. (and illegal!)

Cloud of Flies works for Infantry Only.
