A couple of small tweaks to correct oversights and improve the general feel of the book.

- Raptoris Tactics and Raptoris Doctrine apply to units with the Dedicated Transport role as well as Flyers.

(The inability of Mission Tactics to affect Dedicated Transports is somewhat baffling to me, especially given the number of highly-mechanized xenos armies. I attached it to Raptoris Tactics to give more use to the mode that's most likely to be irrelevant in a given game as opposed to making a mode that already does stuff do more stuff and because a lot of xenos transports (Ghost Arks, Venoms, Starweavers, Raiders, Wave Serpents, Devilfish...) have Fly, but it could just as easily be its own unique mode.)

- Intercessor Sergeants and Primaris Watch-Captains may take a xenophase blade in place of a power sword.

(This conversion is about as difficult as the one to put a power sword on your Intercessor Sergeants in the first place, and it just seems wrong that a Primaris-Deathwatch army isn't allowed to have the sword on the cover of the Codex.)

- Intercessor Kill-Teams containing any Reiver models gain the Shock Team (This unit may move 6" at the start of the first battle round but before the first turn begins) ability.

(Reivers in Intercessor teams are pretty pointless; they're expensive auto-bolt-rifle Intercessors with a special ability that lets them get out of coherency faster and another special ability that gives a narrow edge-case advantage when the team is at completely the wrong range for the rest of the units in it. Giving them some extra movement may make them more worth taking.)

More changes as I think of them.

Nah you just need to cut the price of the Carbine the Reivers carry. With that said, an additional movement ability would be kinda cool.
