After looking at the chaos codex, I was informed that Obliterators (having the demon keyword) benefited from their mark. Is this the same for other demon units such as Tzaangor Enlightened/ Heldrake?

This should probably be in YMDC, but to answer your question chaos marks have no rules associated with them anymore. They only serve to give your units either the Tzeentch, Slaanesh, Nurgle, Khorne or Undivided keyword. So Tzeentch units do not get +1 to their invulnerable saves anymore (unless a rule specifies this, like the Daemon Prince for Codex: Chaos Daemons). If a unit says it has a 5++, it has a 5++.
