Very nice - how tricky was it to carve off the molded shoulder pads? I’m considering doing the same with mine.

Sorry don't have any WIP photos. I just used the clippers to cut off most of the pad then a knife to tidy it up. It doesn't need to look pretty because the pad covers most of it up. When you've done it once it's a breeze to do the rest

Nice. With 35 of those dudes to do I just went with the left one for the deathwatch pad too, my fingers started giving out by the end.
